These terms and conditions are designed to protect the reputation of RentMaster, as well as to provide a fair payout system for all resellers.
- Sending of spam emails will not be tolerated. Any sales made from spam
emails will not be paid out. Also the resellers membership will be immediately cancelled.
- If you sell software to yourself, the sale will be excluded from commission payouts.
- If you do any advertising of RentMaster which is in direct competition with
advertising done by RentMaster owners, we reserve the right to ask you to stop
that line of advertising. Refusal to comply will result in your
membership being cancelled.
- If you do anything which gives RentMaster a bad name (e.g. association with an
inappropriate web site), your reseller membership will be cancelled.
- RentMaster reserves the right to refuse any commission payments or to
cancel any reseller membership for any reason without question. This
condition is not likely to be used, however it is there in case it is
needed for any unforeseen circumstances. i.e. the catch-all clause.
