In the File Download dialog box, do one of the following:
- To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location.
- To copy the download to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk.
Download Now.
You should have already installed the RentMaster trial version.

The Quick Start Wizard is as easy way to bulk load your data into RentMaster to give you a head start with the least effort.
The wizard will ask you for the minumum amount of imformation required to create your bank accounts, owners, properties and tenants with a starting tenants balance.
WARNING - The quick start wizard will delete ALL existing data in your database including properties, tenants, owners and transactions.
